RealSupport: How We Go Above & Beyond

When RealTech builds a vacation rental website for you, you also get the backing of a full support team to manage and assist your site. While many clients enjoy making adjustments to their site, RealTech can handle anything from the smallest edit to custom solutions.

What does Support handle?

Here at RealTech, Support is a hero behind the scenes; we love to go above and beyond for our clients every day. If you’re uncertain about what exactly you can ask us to help with, we’ve compiled an extensive list of some of our most common support requests.

Hosting

We host your site, so anything domain or hosting related comes to us. While at times we may have to reach out to a registrar (like GoDaddy or NetworkSolutions,) there are a lot of issues we can troubleshoot.

  • Site is down
  • Domain has expired
  • Slow or interrupted loading
  • Redirecting or forwarding URLs

Website Content

We can update content, images, and more for your website whenever you need it.

  • Add, edit, or remove content
  • Change images
  • Add new pages or posts
  • Make changes to the menus
  • Adjust design

Tracking/Marketing

Our Marketing team offers a wide array of services to boost your website, but Support keeps track of some platforms.

  • Google Analytics
  • Basic SEO
  • Implementing tracking like Google Ecommerce  and Facebook Pixel

Software Integration

As our vacation rental sites use different software for bookings, we have specifications and documentation for all the software companies we utilize.

  • Search and calendar questions
  • Reservation and checkout problems
  • Confirmation information
  • Property pages, images, and information

Tips for Submitting a Ticket

You can submit support tickets to support@rtservices.net. In your email, use a descriptive subject line, and include a detailed explanation of your issue. If you happen to have more than one site with us, please mention which site you are referencing.

Ways to help us help you:

  • If something looks screwy, include screenshots if possible
  • If the site isn’t working properly, give as much information as you can, like the browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and how exactly it is incorrect

If it’s an emergency, you can call us at 941-870-5707 instead of submitting a ticket.

What about something not mentioned above?

We encourage our clients to reach out to us and ask, even if they aren’t sure we’re the ones who can solve the problem. If we can’t fix it, we’ll advise where to go or reach out to third parties like GoDaddy or your Property Management Software.

RealTech will never pass the buck, and we’ll work on your behalf to get to the bottom of the issue.
